
Nice afternoon, lovely sunshine reading an article in the Daily Telegraph, referring to sleep deprivation. In this world we live in, I thinks its important that we live life to the full. Work Hard and Party Harder, this article sums up current affairs, us Brits have a habit of 'Burnin the Candle at Both Ends'. Once a week I try and make a conscious effort to have an early night.
Sleep deprivation is widespread effecting millions of people each year. Sleep is good for you, good for the brain and general health.
